Aluminium cases
Indeed, the cases are entirely made of aluminum from 0.8 to 1.5 mm thick. The big advantage of aluminum is that it does not rust, aluminum is lighter than plastic. You can safely store materials in it. Several ranges of crates are available. The differences will be on the thickness but also on the accessories which compose the case.
There are also several different certifications. IP 54, IP 64 or IP 67 tightness standards and some of them may have the UN approval for the transport of dangerous goods.

A large choice of sizes will satisfy your needs for protection of your most fragile objects. Sold empty, it is possible to foam the walls with 10 mm foam for a perfect padding of the box.
Also, some of them can be purchased with pre-cut foam to protect your items from shocks and vibrations during transport.

The K470 Zarges range :
– Tested and certified ATA 300 (air transport in hold), solid in case of fall (dropped from a height of 76 or 92 cm, 280 times, with a load of 23 kg).
– The K470 range offers 25 standard sizes. The volume ranges from 13 l to 829 l. If this range does not include the desired box, ZARGES also offers special custom sizes.
